Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of every PuncturesFixers product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and hassle-free.

7-Day Easy Returns

You can return any unopened and unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unopened and unused with the original seal intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been opened, used, or applied to a tyre
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales marked as "final sale"
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with orders

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@puncturesfixers.com or use the Contact Us page
  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns)
  5. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product

Refund Process

Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 5-7 business days after return is received and approved.

COD orders: Refund is processed via bank transfer. We will collect your bank details securely after the return is approved.

Partial refunds: In some cases (e.g., product returned with minor damage but unused), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Want a different size or variant? We are happy to exchange:

  • Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging
  • If the exchange product has a price difference, we will adjust accordingly
  • Exchange shipments are free of charge

Damaged or Defective Products

Received a damaged or defective product? We will fix it immediately:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will ship a free replacement without requiring return of the damaged product (for orders under Rs.500)
  • For higher value orders, we may arrange a reverse pickup
  • Alternatively, you can opt for a full refund instead of replacement

Cancellations

You can cancel your order:

  • Before shipment: Full refund processed within 2-3 business days
  • After shipment: You may refuse delivery. Refund will be processed after the product is returned to us (5-7 business days)
  • To cancel, email us at support@puncturesfixers.com or call us immediately

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or wrong product: We pay for return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer pays for return shipping (Rs.49-99 depending on location)
  • Exchanges: Free return and re-shipping
