By accessing and using the PuncturesFixers website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products and Services

PuncturesFixers sells tyre puncture sealant products for various vehicle types including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles.

Product usage:

• Our sealant is designed for punctures up to 6mm in diameter
• It works on both tubeless and tube-type tyres
• Always follow the application instructions provided with each product
• Not intended for sidewall damage, blowouts, or structural tyre damage
• Results may vary depending on puncture size, location, and tyre condition

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Prices at the time of order placement will be honoured for that order
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
• Order confirmation is sent via email after successful payment

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select orders
• Wallets and EMI options through our payment partner

All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card information.

PuncturesFixers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss or damage during shipping (we will assist with claims against the courier)
• Temporary website downtime or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
