Shipping Across India

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kochi, Indore, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Tier 3 and rural areas: 5-7 business days
• North-East India, J&K, Ladakh: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs.499
• Rs.49 flat shipping for orders below Rs.499
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs.30 additional handling charge

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• An SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details
• An email with a tracking link
• You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page using your order number

Tracking updates typically appear within 12-24 hours of dispatch.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:

• Leak-proof sealed bottles
• Bubble wrap protection
• Tamper-evident packaging
• Printed application instructions included in every order

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails:

• The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
• After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to us
• For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
• For COD orders, you can request a re-shipment by contacting us

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
• Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until the claim is resolved
